Our 6th Annual Event!

Resilience CrossFit is thrilled to host its sixth annual, Dynamic Duo Competition. It is a 2-person, same-sex, team competition. This year, we will be running a Scaled Competition and an Intermediate Competition​ on Saturday November 16th, 2019 from 8:00am to 4:00pm. All teams are guaranteed at least four fun workouts.

  • Standard Registration
    • Price: $185 (per team)
  • Note there are absolutely no refunds.
  • T-Shirts (or another commemorative gift) are guaranteed for those who register before 10/18/19. After that there is no guarantee.
